Eazy, but TASTY
Ingredients:
Dried Stuffing Mix- Crushed
Chicken Tenderloins
Seasoning of choice
Butter/margarine
This is one of those recipes where there arn't exact measurements.
-Preheat oven to 350
-Line a baking dish with foil.
-Rinse/pat tenderloins and line up on baking dish.
-Melt enough margarine and add enough (crushed) stuffing mix to coat chicken. Add seasonings of your preference (I normally add Mrs. Dash)
-Coat top of chicken breasts with mixture
-Bake for about 40 minutes.
